The Configurations On The Capacitive Touch Screen

Capacitive touch screens are widely used in all walks of life because of their durability, fast response, space saving, easy to communicate. Although they are capacitive screens, touch experience is not the same, which is caused by the use of capacitive screen material. Capacitive screen is mainly composed of the lower sensor glass layer and the upper cover plate. There are two types of capacitive screen in the market now: one is the structure of the sensor glass tempered glass cover plate, referred to as G+G capacitive screen; The second is the sensor glass PET plastic cover plate structure, referred to as G P capacitive screen two. The following is the difference between G+G and P+G capacitive screen!

P+G capacitive screen

P+G stands for sensor glass PET plastic sheet, or P+G for short, which is a layer of PET plastic sheet on the surface of the touch screen that our fingers touch. Most of the screens are concave, but some are flat

As for the mirror, the inspection method is the same as that of G+G. The edge of the screen is soft and concave when you press it with your finger. This is because the hardness of PET plastic sheet is not as high as that of the tempered glass capacitive screen made of G+G

The capacitive screens made of G and P are mostly copycat low-end phones and most domestic capacitive tablets. When the capacitive screen of G and P material slides, it can be clearly seen that there is dent or even water ripple, which is easy

Scratch is not wear-resistant, simple process, low cost!

G+G capacitive screen

G+G stands for sensor glass tempered glass, or G+G for short, which means that the surface of the capacitive touch screen touched by our fingers is a layer of tempered glass. The whole screen is a flat mirror, square

The method is to press the edge of the screen with your finger. The edge of the screen is very hard and won't be dented. High-end mobile phones like apple, samsung and taipower's sharp series of tablet computers all adopt the capacitive screen of G+G, which is hard and durable and required.
